Giving Young Players The Chance To Reach Their Potential
You want your child to enjoy football, GROW IN CONFIDENCE, develop real skills, and feel part of a team where they belong.
Book A Free TrialEvery parent wants their child to get something meaningful from football — whether that is confidence, friendships, discipline, or the belief that they can keep getting better. At Constantine Football Club, every child deserves the chance to reach their potential. We welcome boys and girls from U7 to U16 across North West London, with structured coaching built around the individual. EVERY PLAYER HAS A PLACE HERE — regardless of ability, background, or experience.
Because development is about more than what happens with the ball, our coaches create an environment where players feel SEEN, SUPPORTED AND SAFE. Whether your child is taking their first steps in football or already dreaming of playing at a higher level, we meet them where they are — and give them the support and structure to take the next step.
We coach THE PERSON BEFORE THE PLAYER. Results will always be part of football, but confidence, character, resilience and a love of the game are things your child can carry with them long after the final whistle.

Structured, fun & focused
Every session has a purpose. Your child is not simply turning up, running around and playing a few games. They are given opportunities to learn, make decisions, solve problems and test their skills under pressure — so development becomes something you can actually see over time.
Your child's first session is a FREE TRIAL. Come and experience the environment, meet the coaches and see whether Constantine feels like the right place for your child.
Technique development
Players develop individual technique through progressive, game-related practices before applying those skills in 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 situations. The aim is not simply to perform a skill in isolation, but to learn how to use it when the pressure is real.
Team-focused sessions
Football is more than individual ability. Players learn how their actions connect with teammates across attacking, defending, transition and possession — developing the understanding to recognise WHEN, WHERE AND WHY to act.
The 6 player capabilities
Our curriculum develops the six player capabilities identified by the FA: SCANNING, POSITIONING, TECHNIQUE, MOVEMENT, DECEPTION AND TIMING. These capabilities help players understand what is happening around them, recognise opportunities and choose the right action — not just what to do, but WHEN, WHERE AND WHY to do it.
