Building Players. Building People.
For many young players, just getting into an academy is already a huge challenge. The competition is fierce, the selection process demanding, and opportunities are limited. Even the most talented kids often find the door closed, not because they lack potential, but because the system isn’t built for everyone.
For parents, this journey can be just as difficult. Finding a club that truly cares about the player, rather than seeing football as a business, is harder than it should be. Many parents simply want a place where their child can learn, feel supported, and be guided to reach their full potential, not be pushed aside when results or profits come first.
Constantine Academy was born out of a desire to change that story.
Our Mission
The academy is built on a player-focused philosophy that values development over numbers and people over profit. Our goal is to provide a clear and supportive pathway for every child, regardless of their ability, background, or circumstances.
At Constantine Academy, we welcome players from all walks of life because we believe talent deserves opportunity. There will always be places reserved for players from families facing financial challenges, ensuring that football remains inclusive, fair, and accessible to everyone who shares a passion for the game.
Talent and passion should never be limited by circumstance.
Our Sessions
Our training sessions are built around quality, individual attention, and development over results. Every drill, every session, and every conversation is designed to help players progress—technically, tactically, psychologically, and socially.
We don’t just build better footballers; we build confident, resilient young people ready to succeed in football and in life.
The Founder
Founder of Constantine Academy, Radu is a former semi-professional player with over five years of coaching experience across all age groups.
After suffering injuries that prematurely ended his playing career at a higher level, Radu found a new purpose: to guide and inspire the next generation of footballers. His own challenges as a player shaped his understanding of what young athletes truly need: not just technical drills and tactics, but support, belief, and mentorship.
Driven by that vision, Radu pursued a degree in sport psychology, combining his experience on the pitch with the science of human performance and mindset. This allowed him to support players through the mental, emotional, and social aspects of their journey, the moments that often define their future in the game.
